Mostly got this for an extra water dispenser in case we get another Snovid/Snowpocalypse, where we lose power and/or water. I did not use the spigot it came with, I used a metal "Oak Leaf" replacement from here on Amazon--the default spigot is okay for dispensing drinks, but not for use as an adjustable faucet (like for washing hands). I can't talk to the infuser stuff as I am unlikely to use it. I do note that the metal base elevates the unit a bit too high for "faucet" use, but would certainly do well for drink dispensing. This well-built unit is made in Taiwan (thankfully not China), and the company has a long, good track record. ... show more

I was afraid to purchase such an expensive drink dispenser.. I’m so glad I did. It it literally the best dispenser I have ever purchased. Absolutely zero leaks and I have taken it apart and put it back together on numerous occasions and still zero leaks. I love it. Saving to purchase it’s sister 😂

Perfect size, finish and quality. Using it in a hotel lobby for fruit infused water and guests love it. The dispenser it self is acrylic, the top of lid is stainless and bottom of lid is plastic. It does come with a removable cup which screws to the bottom of the lid to place fruit, cucumber etc in. We use wood skewers. The base is stainless. This is heavy duty and will last a long time depending on use but most importantly care. Highly recommend. ... show more

I bought this with the intent of using it for monthly mimosas with my running club but have used it for sherbert punch at children's birthday parties, sangria for game night and other fun beverages. It is incredibly easy to clean and take apart, and all the parts fit in the dispenser for simple storage. I have been using this beverage dispenser for a while now. I use it to store my water I have distilled so I always have plenty on hand. I haven't had any issues with the spigot leaking as of yet. However, the spigot operates with what feels like some type of rubber band (which will probably wear out eventually). I can't comment on the fruit infuser since I haven't used it, but I do love that it stores in the base. ... show more

This is a useful dispenser. It had everything I was looking for. Lightweight, BPA free, easy to refill, fruit containment so the spigot doesn’t get clogged, two areas to contain the ice so the ice doesn’t melt and dilute the drink. It is also easy to clean. All around, pleased with it. I made the infused water over night in large mason jars and then transfers the water to the dispenser to serve.
