A little flimsy but to be expected when product is made of plastic. I don't have any splashing issues as others have described. You probably just need to re adjust the little spickets if you have that issue. Overall this is just as described and very cute and functional.

Updated after use: this was really cool and worked out very well for our Christmas party! I made sure to put it on a very level surface, checking with a level, and made sure that it was put together very tightly. I used the delicious recipe for Rum Negroni from The Kitchen on the Food Network—look it up! It looked very pretty with the lights on and the fountain running. I’m only kicking myself for not taking a pic or video! I’m really glad I purchased this! (I realized that my first review was based on it not being on a totally level surface, which is a must.) Very cute, but as a fountain it sprays the liquid outside the bowl, especially if you use the extension spouts. I tested it with water, and it’s super pretty. However, I’m concerned with the practicality of putting a Christmas punch in it and having it spray all over the counter. I’ll update this review after we actually use it on Christmas Day. This product was repacked and had already been used. I unpacked it and only the cups has the plastic on the the other parts was up wrapped but the plastic was bunch up in the box. The nozzles were in a ziplock bag. The machine on in the on position and the motor had mold inside it. The thing didn't work when i plugged it in but after looking at it I got it to work and after cleaning it since this is the center peace for a major project tomorrow. I will just have to make due with this. I would NOT recommend buying last min but buy at your own wrist but by early enough to where you can return if you have any issues. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It arrived on time and all parts were intact. Very easy to put together. I think it’s priced well considering other beverage holders are around the same price & the fact that it’s a flowing fountain definitely adds an extra touch to your event. The only downside some might have is that you cannot use carbonated drinks, or juices that contain pulp/fruit/food in this fountain so that it doesn’t bubble over or block the flow. It’s also easy to assemble/take down and you can clean it with some warm, soapy water and a washcloth. I also use a small and large straw brush to throughly clean out the spouts and rods that connect each tier. I personally purchased it for a tea party and although we will have too many guests to use the mugs, I love that it comes with them! ... show more

I love this punch fountain, but it is not the most reliable. We spend a lot of time before each party trying to get it to flow. Once it works, it is gorgeous and a great talking piece. It is a great size and has lights at the bottom. I bought one a couple of years ago and it stopped working in less than a year. I contacted nostalgia electrics about the warranty, but did not receive a response. Amazon took care of the issue and was very wonderful to work with. I do like the fountain, but just know it will be a time commitment and it may not last as long as you would hope. ... show more

Fountain works well, but after only two times use, the longer tube (in the picture) cracked, started to leak and made the fountain to collapse. After the crack, it started to leak and did not work anymore as planned.
