Bought this dispenser with high hopes of training my cat to use it, but had no luck with that! 😄 Since I was recovering from hip surgery and needed to keep water close by I put it beside my recliner-bed so I could just draw as much or as little water as needed without multiple trips to kitchen. This really worked out great! Later with hot summer weather I moved it to the fridge so I'd have chilled water at all times. Due to its size & weight (hefty & sturdy) plus the weight of the gallon water bottles I pour from gets a bit tricky to maneuver but not enough to cause me to stop using it. The top hole is large enough to fill without spilling and the spout doesn't leak. Am thinking of buying a second one, so one can stay in the fridge and one to keep by my chair. I love it and use it. I used this glass dispenser to hold my room temperature Alkaline water I purchased at Whole Foods. I diligently hand washed with white vinegar and or placed in the dishwasher after drinking all the water . I stopped filling it to the top because if I didn’t drink all the water in 24 hours, it would have a foul smell. I began filling the amount of water I could consume in a day, by end of the day it still smelled funky. I added baking soda to the white vinegar and cleaned it well, even taking the spigot off; Still smelled. I thought maybe it’s the water. Transferred the water to a glass pitcher, the water did not smell after 24 hours at room temperature. Process of elimination leads me to this conclusion that it is the glass dispenser. I’m sad it didn’t work bc it’s beautiful and I’m sad it’s outside of the return window. ... show more

I ordered this item for a very special occasion, my Son's baby's babyshower that I hosted. Parent's choice a rustic farm themed shower, which this, ESTILO Drink Dispenser with metal stand fit into perfectly. Upon receiving, this item was packaged into a product box from manufacturer which showed large pictures of both items clearly. It being made of glass, I definitely wanted to check it out to ensure it was in tact and not broken anywhere and that all pieces were with it. -THE STAND- Made of a sturdy ornate metal, painted black. It had no scratches or dings. The glass dispenser would have sat down into the top section securely and properly, I believe. The legs were all level and sturdy when sitting on a solid surface space. No problems, I was pleased with this item! -THE DISPENSER & SPOUT- Made from a thinner glass that's very clear. I was able to see what liquid I poured inside, important for the event I was hosting. As directed, on the care instructions provided, I was going to unpack to ads the spout, which is made of plastic, that came with dispenser. Also included were rubber o-ring washes, to keep a tight seal. I was going to wash with warm water and a mild dish soap prior to using. I couldn't even take it out of box because the glass was broken inside product box. Close inspection showed that the entire glass dispenser was shattered inside of the box. I could not even take the dispenser out of the box. Rendering this product unusable! I did contact amazon seller who immediately apologized. Wanting me to return item to receive my.total coat back but I felt it was too dangerous to ship being that it was shattered and would cut someone. They finally agreed, said to dispose of product and issued a full refund! I feel the matter was taken care of appropriately and in a very timely manner!! ... show more
