Just received it and the first thing I did was test to see whether it was leak proof. No. It's not. Cap literally falls right off. I've been wanting this product for awhile now so it's unfortunate. I haven't decided whether I want to go through purchasing another one or not.

I love all the stainless steel for hot and cold. Living full time RV life, these are a life saver...only down side is WHY do these cost so much?? There were other models that were not as expensive, but they didn't have the pretty colors so I threw TV my money at the pretty colors... I've had this picture for a month now. And even though I do love it, I think there's a bit of a design flaw. It's rounded on the bottom except for the very center. So you have to be real careful where you put it... where you set it down. I lost the whole picture of Ice-T because of it 🙄

This pitcher is even better than I thought! I live in Florida and already used it for frozen margaritas by the pool. Keeps them frozen forever! However, they also don’t sweat which will be awesome at the beach so sand does not stick to it!!! Lid fits perfectly and does not spill. Does everything advertised and the white looks gorgeous! I use a french press to brew a large amount of coffee at once (1.75l) and needed something to keep it hot. I didn't want a standard carafe that looks like it belongs in a breakfast cafe, so I went with this. I'm quite happy with it. It keeps my coffee enjoyably hot until the last cup, looks nice, and the plastic top feels very high quality. Sliding the top open and closed feels very tight and smooth. I haven't tested how tightly it seals, but it does the job of preventing steam escaping very well. I'm sure it would be great for cold stuff, too, so all around a nice buy. 4/5 Update: Unfortunately, the plastic top seems to have altered its shape somewhat in response to the hot coffee I've been keeping in mine because its still tight, but no longer smooth. In fact, it seems to have directly converted smoothness to tightness because it's now so tight that I can't usually open it up all the way and it sticks quite badly. I'm pretty bummed because it still keeps my coffee hot and looks great. I don't want to replace it, but it really is irritating to fight the slider when you're groggy and just want some coffee.
