Very easy to set up. If you need to see instructions to set this up, I feel sorry for your spouse. It comes in 3 pieces but it's stronger than I expected. I wanted something light because I'm using it with bands (see pics) and not cable and weights. If it was too heavy this might have been an issue. For the build quality and weight it works as I've expected it. It came with a small hook but I use a bigger one since I use it with thick bands. See the pictures.

The media could not be loaded. I’m still a newbie on my workout journey but many of the bars at my gym are pretty worn out, so I thought I would give this a try because it’s easily detachable and could be carried in my gym bag. It’s pretty sturdy and has push locks to attach together and the D ring to attach to the gyms equipment. I like the fact that the bars are comfortable and not to big for my hands. So far so good.
