Very comfortable but it is very soft and bouncy; I would not call this firm. The mattress is also smaller than advertised. Most mattresses are not as tall as advertised so that’s to be expected. This one is actually pretty close at 10 inches! But the width and length are not what is listed. I wanted others to be aware of the size in case you are attempting to purchase it for a child’s bed and have issues like me. The smaller size creates unsafe gaps in bed frames with railing. I was able to fill the gaps safely with bed bumpers and a mattress extender, but obviously not ideal. ... show more

The mattress didn't come in standard King dimensions; it arrived in Queen size. I ordered a firm one because I have back pain, but it turned out to be super soft! I returned it the same day, and they came to pick it up from my home. Terrible quality!
