Simple to put together and need to be gentle and not jump on it. Perfect to watch movies or play some games in a apartment. Got the warranty as they usually last like 2 years before something breaking but it has held up and found my self sleeping on it as well, even though I did not want to but you cannot resist. I am over 200lbs so it can hold my frame, so its passed the test. Item came quickly as the supply chain is not impacting the delivery of large items. Bought this for my basement man cave. It was super easy to assemble. Just screw on the legs and you’re done. It’s actually pretty comfortable. When it’s converted to bed mode, it’s still pretty comfy. I could see throwing some sheets on this and using it as a bed. You could even put some memory foam on it if you wanted. It also looks great. If you want to lay on it long ways and stretch out, you’ll need to be about 5’8” or under. But if you’re taller and just want to lay down and lounge, it’ll definitely work. ... show more

The price for this piece of furniture is actually decent, but it's small and very uncomfortable! When it's in its coach position, it's hard to sit on it well. The seat part is very small and when sitting back into it, it's uncomfortable. Other than that, it's cute looking and it's easy to assemble.

As a sofa, it fits perfectly up against my wall. It is a low to the ground, but it’s not too low. You can see in my pictures that the seat cushion starts right above my ankles, so you can sit comfortably on this sofa. It can easily sit three average size people. As a bed: You can see the length is fixed. I am 5’8”, and I barely fit lengthwise. If you are taller, it would work best to fold it out and sleep on your side. I thought that this was pretty cool and convenient for my kids to use. It was easy to assemble and easy to move around. One evening my daughter and I were watching a movie and I cranked the futon forward to get it into it's actual futon position and now I can't get it to go back. It's stuck completely folded in half (in the worst position possible: forward, unusable.) I guess I am going to have to try and contact Serta and see what they can do about it (but I will not hold my breath.) Just try not to change it's use too much and you should be fine. Buyer's beware, you're probably going to have to decide between: couch vs. bed because futon isn't an option in the end. ... show more

After about year of owning the Futon I can say the Sofabed is very comfy to sit and nap on during the days and nights. Shortly after use I noticed that when the Sofa was fully folded Flat one of the Sliding Hinges would poke out from the covering. I could never get it to go back to normal but it also never stop the the futon from folding So I kinda just left it alone. ... show more
