I'm sure 99% of the XBOX's are great. Mine would not power on and the return process has bee an ABSOLUTE nightmare. Amazon says contact this 3rd part seller, and this 3rd party seller says contact Amazon... it's bee over 4 months and I neither have a return or an Xbox... I'm displeased with the customer service to say the least amd am out $640 with nothing to show for it. Do your self a favor and don't use this 3rd party seller.
