The whole family loves this egg chair. I’m really glad that I got one with a stand so I can move it around. The stand is sturdy and it looks nice. The chair hangs on the stand via a chain and spring. The spring adds a bit of bounce which my kids love. It’s fun to swing in and it is also able to rotate freely without getting twisted up. I find it super relaxing to sit in. The cushion is really plush and comfy too. There is a main cushion and a separate head pillow that ties on so it can be adjusted for different heights of users. It’s easy to take the cushions off if I ever want to in bad weather. I’ve left it out in the rain for the past week though and was impressed at how water beads up on the fabric and rattan. It is well made to be able to remain outside. It’s also easy to remove the chair part if I ever have to in a hurry. We get such bad storms and high winds here lately that I sometimes like to take things down that freely move so they don’t blow around. The chair folds up in a snap so it doesn’t take up much space at all. Overall, a fantastic chair. My favorite place to sit if the kids ever give me a chance! ... show more

I got this SereneLife Hanging Egg Chair, and I’m in loveeeee! It’s seriously the best spot in my house now. Lol. The chair is super comfy and feels like I’m floating in my own little bubble. I was surprised at how strong it is.. it holds up to 550 lbs, so no worries about it breaking when me & hubs want to sit in it together. The wicker rattan and steel frame make it look really fancy, but it’s also super sturdy. Setting it up was easier than I thought, and now I can just swing and relax whenever I want. I had purchased this to go in my living room but after buying new furniture, I moved this to my bedroom. It has now been my favorite sitting/reading area. This chair is a lot more comfortable than I thought it was going to be. Even when my kids come in my room, they run to sit in that chair. At first when I bought this, it had originally said it could hold up to 350lbs but the instructions and everything else says 550lbs for the frame. So to clear it up, the chair itself can hold up to 350lbs while the frame can hold up to 550lbs. The cushions that came with this chair really do help make it that much more comfortable but the design of this chair is just so soothing and relaxing. I have this near my bedroom window and even with the sunlight that comes in, it has not shown signs of fading the material on the cushions. Even the wicker chair doesn't seem to be showing negative effects from the sunlight. While it does rock/move, I don't move it hard enough that it seems that the frame is wobbly. If anything, while rocking or moving the chair around, the frame has never really moved and I have this on a mat too. This chair is great. It shipped fast and was packaged well, plus it was easy to put together. The box was very heavy, but it just shows how sturdy the chair is! It is also extremely comfortable and i love that the fabric on the chair is UV proof and water resistant.

The media could not be loaded. First of all, I must aay, this swinging egg chair was super easy to assemble as I did it alone. It took 40 minutes but if I had to put it together all over again, I would do it! My entire household loves it and I am pleased with my purchase.
