Install was...well a big pain...but that was because of GM (why GM why). Huge improvement in lighting from stock and the aftermarket halogen lights I had before. In fact nearly as good as my brand new F-150. Very happy. Only real problem I had was with some corrosion on the driver side plug on the OEM side of the harness. Truck is 10 years old and some water got in there. which caused problems. Once I depinned the connector gave it a good cleaning all was good. Lights are bright and well aimed. Freshen up the front end of the truck nicely.

These were the easiest lights to install they were plug and play for me so didn't need the adapters it came with. They are bright, quality is awesome, everything functions properly as it should, they look and fit great. Pricy but we'll worth it.

Easy to install with the video provided by FORM on YT. Lights are very bright with clean cut-off line, features work as intended. Its been a few months and no issues, leaks or burnt lights. Will update if anything fails.

Really great headlight set. Installed on my 2014 2500 and wow what a difference. The stock headlights on 2014 and so on always have an issue with clouding up and looking pretty ugly. I polished the stock headlights and then put LED bulbs inside but still wasn't very happy with the result, these lights from FORM made so much more of a difference. Not only do they look good but they perform very well at night. Very nice crisp cut off line like my more modern 2023 toyota. Installation wasn't bad either, I have already taken out my headlights before but I did watch their video guide which was all pretty much accurate and informative for the novice. Everything needed was included in the box and I had them installed in about an hour or 2, hard to remember since there were many beer breaks with my buddy. I did not seal them so I'll come back and update if they ever do leak but I would be surprised sinc ehtye feel top notch. Overall for now I'm giving them a very high 10/10 rating. They're pricey but wow are they well worth it. I've bought so many headlights and tail lights for other cars of many different makes, models, years, and styles of lights but these by far are the nicest I've seen. They seem to exceed OEM quality in truth. Easily recommendable!

These went in the farm beater. It's a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 that is an absolute base model except it has 4WD. The lights on it were plain old halogens, so this was quite the upgrade. There was one weird thing though. My truck definitely had DRLs. All 2015 Sierra HDs had DRLs. The DRLs didn't work until I used the included adapter. Well, whatever. It wasn't exactly difficult to install. Once they were on, it made the farm beater look like a farm beater with fancy headlights. They are MUCH brighter than the halogens that came with it. I definitely like that you can aim them down, since they will definitely blind oncoming traffic if you just point them anywhere. If you have a lifted truck, aim these down.

They look cool but the DRLs don't work even though my truck has factory DRLs. Customer service takes about a week to respond with nothing helpful when they do respond. I'm usually pretty reasonable person but for $1,000 I expect a little more. And the light beam has a funny kink in the pattern but it shows in the youtube video so I guess that's intended even though it looks odd.
