This product is amazing. We live in a hurricane devistation area and I can’t walk my fur babies due to other larger dogs being off the leash or aggressive strays roaming around. I saw this and loved the pictures and that it would hold up to 66 pounds. I have two small dogs and wanted them both to fit in here. I purchased this and then read the reviews. The one star and two star reviews had me scared I’d made a mistake. It arrived today, faster than I thought it would and it’s wonderful. It took no time setting it up. The directions were easy for me to understand. It had a metal sturdy handle that had comfort padding for the grip. And it fits fully assembled into the back of my van (I put it together at work). I haven’t had a chance to run to the store and purchase a puppy pillow or travel bed yet so I used a towel and had it folded several times for padding. That will suffice until I get to the store. It’s also SSSSSOOOOO easy to turn. It takes no effort to slightly pop up the front wheel and turn it. And it fits through my door ways in the house so I can load them in and then drive them out side. And I’m 5’3” and I have no trouble with this. It may slightly pull to the right but honestly I think my heavier dog was on that side so that may be the issue. It’s not a big deal though. I’m looking forward to walking my fur babies so much more now and getting the extra exercise myself from pushing them in this. If you have fur babies this is great! I’m so happy I purchased this! And the cost was fair too. Not the cheapest and less than $150 so you really can’t beat it! Enjoy!

Good-sized stroller, comfortable for our 70-pound golden retriever. She likes to sit in it, and come for walks/runs with us. Easy enough to maneuver most of the time, but a little hard to push when there is an elevation involved. The only complaint we have is the design of the front wheel. The front wheel, which is made of plastic components, came loose on it's own, and could not be fixed. The front jogger wheel does not have swivel movement, hence it is hard to maneuver. Once these design flaws are corrected, this stroller would be the best dog stroller to buy. The seller was very receptive to our complaints, and told us how to fix the issue, and also offered to send us a replacement front well when ours broke. The seller also gave us a small refund for the issue. I would use this seller again, as he gave very good service to us.

Bought this for my 14 yr. old senior dog who can't walk very far anymore, but still loves to go. He loves it. Very easy to assemble and it comes with a front wheel so you can use it as a stroller, when not pulling it behind your bike. Floor of cart was a little hard, so I put a comfy blanket in it and he loves it!!

We love this dog cart and while we were worried our dogs would not like it, we were surprised to find out they loved it too! Our dogs are a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Cavapoo; they each way about 23, 25 lbs. They fit just fine together in this cart! It was not too heavy to pull with our bikes, it was stable and good quality!

This is made very well and big enough for my 3 rat terriers at one time. I only wish they liked being in it when I pull them on my bike. I think if I trained them when they were pups it would have been fine. I'll keep at it though as I'm hoping at least one will go on rides with me

It's a stroller/jogger/bike trailer all in one so there isn't much to complain about at this price ($123.89 at my time of purchase). I don't think it is necessarily the best you could find in any of those three categories, but for the casual user such as myself it is a good value proposition. A few things I discovered along the way are: 1. This is the successor to Sepnine 2 in1 medium pet dog bike trailer bicycle carrier and stroller jogger 20303 (red/grey). In other words, this is the newer model, even though they are priced nearly the same at the time of this review. 2. The listing reads "Sepnine" and the logo on the product reads "Sepnin". The company representative I spoke indicated the company's belief that the "Disney-style" stylized dot over the "i" in both corporate logos is what makes "E" sound (in the word "Disney") and that doing likewise gives "Sepnin" an ending "E" sound as well. Likely this misunderstanding is a result of the language barrier as evidenced in this listing's Q/A responses. I do compliment the company on their quick responses to consumer inquiries and for being courteous and helpful. But to be clear, "Sepnine" is the correct/intended spelling. 3. A nearly identical product made in the same facility as this is the Doggyhut Medium Pet Bike Trailer / Jogger Kit Dog Bicycle Carrier. The box mine came in reads "Doggyhut" and this competing product is presently priced lower here on Amazon. I have included a photo showing the box I am referencing. I asked about this and the Sepnine representative responded that the two products are made in the same factory but for different companies. 4. This self cooling pad, The Green Pet Shop Self Cooling Pet Pad, Medium, is a great fit for the floor of this trailer. I have included a photo showing the set up in mine. There is also a protective cover available for this particular cooling pad (The Green Pet Shop Self Cooling Pet Pad Cover, Medium. I have found this cooling pad helpful for keeping my dog comfortable in this trailer for longer periods of time during warm weather use. 5. There are some quality issues to report. As you can see in the front and rear photos I have uploaded that the reflectors are not mounted symmetrically. The photos I have included from the trailer interior show some workmanship issues in the manner in which the mesh is sewn to the body material. Stray piece hanging down, like that shown in my interior photos, could provide your dog with the means to pull and rip open the side so be careful to trim off these pieces if you buy. 6. My trailer, when used as a jogger/stroller, tracks slightly to the left. Other than bending the front wheel mounts I see no obvious way to make corrections for this problem. At present is not tracking to the left so severely as to cause major concerns. 7. The handlebar attachment is, in my opinion, this products Achilles' heel. Try as I might I cannot get this attached such that there is no wiggle. To continue tightening the screw/nuts risks breaking the plastic mounting tubes. I do not use this as a stroller often enough that I worry much about this wiggle, but this would cause me to look at other dog trailers were jogging my primary intended use. I am uploading scans I made of the black and white instructions that came with this. However, I am also uploading scans I made of a color instruction manual that I received from "Sepnine" after I contacted them. It is far superior to the instructions that came with the trailer and I hope they will be helpful to others as they go through the assembly process. I also ordered an extra Sepnine Hitch so I could have the bike's of two members of our family set up and ready to go at a moment's notice. Otherwise, it requires relocating the hitch from host bike to host bike. Being able to take turns pulling the dog trailer can be helpful on long trips. In conclusion, although it may not seem so after reading my review I really to like this. It allows me to transport my dog just as I hoped and any shortcomings, in my opinion, are offset at present by the terrific price.
