I'm 69, and I've never had an eyeliner I've been 100% satisfied with in my entire life...until this one. It goes on easily, the tip stays well-shaped, it can be smudged with the special tip if one does it immediately after applying, and even in 100-degree heat, the makeup stays neatly in place.     • Good design. Easy to use and definitely waterproof.
This is my favorite Sephora cosmetic item. I have it in three colors but matt brown is the one I use everyday. I like the built- in sharpener and foam tip for smudging. I swim every day and can vouch for it being waterproof.
