I chose this because it looked exactly like the Pottery Barn lucca chandelier. It is much more affordable and very beautiful. However, frustrating to learn it was missing parts. Thank goodness my husband is handy. He was able to go to the hardware store to find a ceiling bracket that worked And also screws that were missing for installation. There was no phone number or email on the packaging or instruction manual. Despite them referring to instructions to email them if you needed help, I could not find any contact information on their Amazon page either. Elevated and transformed my dining space completely. There are a lot of dupes out there for the famous PB Lucca chandelier but this is the closest. The arms are more delicate and the spread of 36 inches diameter is only 2 inches off from the 38 inch Lucca. The chandelier is also a lightweight metal in a sleek black matte finish as opposed to the actual Lucca which is a rustic iron but you cannot tell the difference once it’s hung. I saw a chandelier like this at Pottery Barn for $899. On a fluke I looked up Lucca Chandelier on Amazon. It looked exactly the same. My husband easily put it together. I was leery of the other reviews that said this was cheaply made. We won’t be hanging from it. Although, I can see a few Christmas decorations around it!! This is perfect and will last many years. Absolutely perfect color and size for our smaller "flex room" turned dining room (still in progress, you can see our friends daughter 'made art' on the walls in one pic haha!) We are fans of daylight bulbs but I imagine if you did soft white or warm white it would be just as stunning. It is wider than alot of others in the same price range-- which I wanted as our table expands. The finish is a painted warm gold hue versus an actual gold fixture - which I knew when buying it/is made clear in the description. For the price point it is absolutely perfect! The only con I have about it is the install-- I actually ended up using some parts from my old fixture and modified how it hangs so it felt more secure. My first thought is that I wish I would’ve gotten a cheaper version of this on Amazon because I purchased this specifically because it was “iron” instead of metal but honestly I don’t feel a difference. Whenever I opened the package I immediately knew I was in store for a cheap experience when I saw that they provided a million extra pieces. Meaning that I can expect this to break a lot. The first piece broke when I was tightening a light bulb (don’t tighten too far). The product also leans slightly one direction.
