  • Ease of installation.
Size: Tri Zone (3) 9000 BTU
This unit has 3 zones. Everything connected and worked as described. It is amazingly quiet inside and outside. It keeps our tiny home cool and comfortable. It’s been running since March of 2023. No problems. We are getting another to replace the unit in our other home. I haven’t had to run the heater yet. I will let you know. ... show more

  • Works great!
Size: Tri Zone (3) 9000 BTU
After a shipping fiasco with Federal Express we received the “second shipment” after 40 days. The product works great. Directions were a little difficult to follow due to translation problems and instructions were unclear on the vacuum and pressurizing procedures. The shipper responded immediately when notified that Federal Express had lost our shipment. They sent out a new shipment and it arrived within a week. Great to work with. All we got out of Federal Express was I’m so sorry. They knew where the shipment was just wouldn’t get it from the company they incorrectly delivered it to. ... show more

  • Bad purchase
Size: Tri Zone (3) 9000 BTU
Purchased unit in advance due to lead time for delivery. Licensed contractor installed 2 months after and I've had this contractor and 2 others to look at the unit because one of the zones continue to accumulate condensation on the interior unit, resulting in water puddling on floor and down the wall of a newly renovated apartment. 2 of the 3 zones underperforming and do not cool the 700 sq. ft. space. Full disclosure, I did not look at the warranty certificate until after it was installed, then realized it was to be submitted 30 days after purchase. Unit was installed approximately 60 days after purchase. ... show more

  • Great split units with the best customer service
Size: Tri Zone (3) 9000 BTU
After consulting with a rep, they assured me there is no issue and extended my warranty another year. I must say their customer service is exceptional and you can rest easy knowing they always look out for you. I recommend their split units. Great value and product overall.

  • Really liked the setup was easy to install
Size: Tri Zone (3) 9000 BTU
Only had two small issues fed ex delivered it beat up a little dragging lines from the box and second issue theres no high side port on my unit and the directions tell tell you to vacume from both sides had to call Tech support twice to get the correct answer you open all of the feed line valves and vacume down off one. Once done vaccumimg disconnect and open the main valves to release the freon. I was told they had a new manual why did they put the trash manual in mine? ... show more

  • Good Value If You Are An HVAC Person!
Size: Tri Zone (3) 9000 BTU
Pros: 1) This system is a good value if you're an HVAC person who can install it by yourself. Otherwise, you'll be looking at double the cost for the system for installation & additional parts. You must have an HVAC license in order for your registration to be valid, this is not a DYI system! 2) Indoor heads produced fairly cool air and compressor noise level was at minimal. 3) Backlit remote control, easy to see in dimly lit rooms. 4) Alexa capable. Cons: 1) WiFi installation was a pain, instructions were not accurate. I installed it on Saturday, WiFi failed to work. 2) Tech support was not available during weekend, that's when most customers need it outside of work days!!! 3) Tried to upload warranty card to their web site but their site refused to accept the files saying it was over limit, in reality, the files were scanned at a very low resolution at 150 DPI and were only around 300K each!!! 4) I finally got to talk to tech support on Monday and they said don't use AP mode but use Alexa app to add the device. It looked like the set up instruction that came in the WiFI kit was not accurate. ... show more

  • Whisper Quiet
Size: Tri Zone (3) 9000 BTU
I bought the 3-zone mini split and it is quieter than my air purifier. It works really well and is very efficient. Like another reviewer I noticed it changed the display to two dashes on all units at one time. My office window was open and the mode was set to auto, so once the air temp went below the temp setting on the cassette it tried to turn on the heat for that unit. Apparently you cannot run heat on one unit and cool on the others so it shut down the system. Changing all modes to cool instead of auto resolved the issue for me. Overall I am extremely happy with this system! ... show more

  • Not yet at 2 yrs but here's an update
Size: Tri Zone (3) 9000 BTU
***** update 8-31-2022, went from 3 stars to 5****& So as it tuned out these units are good. The condenser ( outside unit) has A, B, C. Locations for the copper lines near the bottom of it. And near the top there's A,B,C locations for the wire hook-ups. Sinville helped narrow down the issue. ABC copper lines was ok it was the wires for ABC locations that was wrong. Run each line, and wires from each inside unit separately. A to A, B to B, and C to C . If you have multiple unit's. Also the copper lines sweat alot. But I've changed my 3 star to 5 and these units do great so far for the past few yrs This is a tri unit . I was thinking I could have one in a different room one in office and one in living room. And whichever room I was in I could turn that unit on and off as I went from room to room. This is not the case . If one unit is running the lines freeze up. You have to have all 3 units on to keep the unit from freezing up . It takes a while to switch from air conditioning to heat before the heat actually kicks on. I would have gotten 3 individual units if someone would have posted that this package can't be used individually and all 3 units have to be on in order to prevent the copper lines from freezing up!!!! ( ignore that freezing up part, that's been resolved and was a wire issue however it's still slow going from air conditioning to heat) ... show more
