I bought the ceiling cassette and this system does not come with any hardware to mount the unit according to customer service. This mounting hardware is not regular stuff either. It is specialty hardware that you can not just go the a hardware store and find. Update: Customer Service did get back to me and find hardware at home depot that I could purchase and did offer a credit for the cost of the hardware. To their credit, they have been good to work with and responsive despite my original disappointment with the order. They really went the extra mile to make me happy. ... show more
