Product worked great for a few months and then the electronics stopped working. We figured it was the batteries so we put new ones in and it still was not working then all the sudden it started making this high pitch ringing noise and would not stop!

Received my safe and all was well with the packing.. No dents or dings. First thing i did was read the instructions so i knew how to properly set the digital combo. It comes with 2 keys so i opened it up with key and put the batteries in so i can set a combo and it did not work.. Nothing on the electronic side works (ie. Lights, beeps or combo buttons). Messed with it for sometime never got it to work.. I like the safe itself, the size is perfect for what i use it for so i am just going to use it as a key-safe and not worry about the combination.
