I teach a virtual Boot Camp every morning. Given the surface of the area from which I broadcast my class, an exercise mat is a crucial part of my toolbox. In the past, I’ve used tiles and carpet, but moisture and age translates to either a brittle collection of tiles that come apart easily or a moldy material that can be distracting. I'm 6'2" and 240lbs and this mat gives me a good amount of space to workout in my apartment and overall really good cushioning while still being firm enough that I feel well supported. TBD on durability but so far so good. My only silly complaint so far is that I'm disappointed the sensu logo in the corner isn't actually colored the way they show in pics. It's just black. On the plus side, that means it blends in well. Like I said, silly complaint, that's probably a positive for many folks.

I use this mat on a tile floor. it offers more support than my yoga mat, but not as much as I would like. I get some shin pain jumping on it, but I have tile on concrete, so I doubt any pad will be perfect. I am happy with the purchase though.

The Sensu large mat is incredible. I teach a CPR class and use the mat as a base for the students doing hands on compressions with the manakin. It was perfect. So much so, I use it for lunch time workouts. Jumping rope, body weight exercises, stretching and even kettle bells, this mat fit the bill. I've told other instructors to look into this mat also. It was worth the money.

I was looking for a thicker mat to do kettlebells on but which I could easily roll up and store. I do my exercise routine in my living room which has wood floors. I previously purchased a rubber mat that weighed 54lbs (too heavy to move with each workout). It was hard, difficult to roll, and it didn't absorb the small bounce when I would place a KB on the mat. This mat has a little give, is light, easy to roll, and comes with velcro straps to hold it rolled up. Great product!

I love the Sensu Large Excercise Mat! I have hardwood floors, so exercising on them is tough on the joints, and I'm a big guy, so regular yoga/exercise mats weren't going to cut. But this Sensu Mat is durable, non-slip, and thick enough to protect me from the floor without feeling like a foam marshmallow. Thanks again for making such a great product.
