I bought this for a cot that had a thin mattress with it. The added mattress makes the cot much more comfortable. I love the straps on the corners which keep the mattress from slipping around or off the cot.

Despite the higher price compared to other mattress toppers, I purchased this topper for our sofa, thinking that it has the exact width as our sofa which is 72 inches. However, what ended up happening is that because of its stitches, and thicker edges, it decreased the surface area of our sofa, making the sofa narrower and less comfortable. The picture of the item does not match what you receive once you purchase it. More needs to be added to the inside to match the picture. I tried this item two different ways one on top of an air mattress and the other on top of a cock. In the morning in both situations my lower back was in a lot of pain.
