The composite fiberglass shell and EPS lining protect the wearer, while the integrated communication, speakers, and microphone keep them connected while on two wheels. The Cavalry 2 features Mesh Intercom communication, allowing the rider to easily connect and talk to other riders on the Mesh network. The Cavalry 2 also uses the latest Bluetooth 5.2 protocol to connect to the wearer’s smart phone, where they can receive or make phone calls, listen to music, or GPS navigation while riding. I really wanted to like this helmet. The built in communications system was definitely a plus for me. It appears to be a great quality helmet. It’s pretty comfortable. Seems to run a little on the small side. My issue with it is that it is giant. I like my half shells to be as low profile as possible. I knew with the built in comms system it might be a little bigger, but this looks like a whole turtle shell on my head. In all fairness, I do have a larger head to begin with, so maybe for the average size or smaller head this might be fine, but for me, it was just too much helmet. Mesh only will not work with the bluetooth for intercom. Works bluetooth for your phone but not intercom. Simple to pair and use the app or the buttons

Great quality, blue tooth works great. You can hear it very well below 60 my only complaint is I wish it came with ear pads or something to redirect/amplify volume at higher speeds like the original cavalry helmet does. But overall I would definitely buy it again.
