Features

  • The 2" Triclover (TC) weldless bulkhead flange allows you to add a TC port to any tank or kettle with absolutely no welding or soldering
  • These are extremely high quality pieces machined out of 304SS and polished to perfection (except for the locknut which is cast finish 304SS
  • The front of the flange does not have flats for a wrench. The easiest way to hold the flange for tightening is to clamp any other TC parts on with the gasket and clamp. Once tight, you can insert a long rod or screw driver into the hole of the wingnut.
  • Add a 2" TC flange to virtually any vessel!Just drill a 48MM hole and tighen the locknut with 1pcs Food grade gaskets. And add 1PCS extra sealing ring
  • The silicone O-ring is included and gets captured in a groove like our other True Bulkheads

The interior gasket has too much slack, and there's no groove to hold it in place so it's a pain to get it seated correctly. What I decided to do was to flip the nut backwards so that it has more space to squish the gasket against the wall of my kettle even if the gasket isn't seated uniformly. I was able to install this thing without it leaking after figuring that out and tightening the hell out of it. The gaskets should have a wider outer diameter and fit more snugly. The bulkhead adapter itself is fine though. I may try to replace the gaskets so I have more confidence that I won't get some random leak in the future. ... show more

I wanted to use sanitary triple-clamp connections where possible in my recent conversion of my home brewing gear from gas to electric. These are very well made, and have the perfect thickness and density gaskets to properly seal on the curved face of a brew kettle without leaking. For reference, I'm using 16 gallon, 16" diameter SS brew pots. I have no trouble fitting a 3500w Dernord heating element through the port. Just ordered another one for my HLT! ... show more

Installed easily on my brew kettle. Drilled a 42mm hole clamped a 90 degree bend on the outside and tightened with a large crescent wrench. Leak free so far. the captured o ring design seems to work best for weldless fittings. Would buy again.
