I’m 5’1 & 145-150 pounds. I ordered these in a medium first. They didn’t smooth much out. I returned and got a small. The small size is a little tough to get on, but that’s the point of shapewear. The size down from my usual size really holds you in. These go all the way up to my bra, which is excellent. The sewn in metal strips at the waist keep them up and are not uncomfortable. Thought they might be, but I was pleasantly surprised. The thigh area made some noise when walking. I have huge thighs. I put some powder on the inner thighs of the shapewear and it lessened. I loved this product this just snatches you up super comfy doesn't ride up not to mention the length is super cute for wearing pants and long dressed but you could also make it shorter incase your wearing shorts they don't ride up and easy to move around in I recommend them

I ordered 2 pairs and I love them! Bought to wear under a dress for a wedding and it really does tummy control. I was worried it would show since the dress is snug, but you can’t see anything.
