This was purchased as a Birthday gift for my niece. The order was received in a timely fashion however the Ring Size Mandrel was missing. I attempted to get a replacement however they wanted to return and replace the entire kit rather than just replace the missing item and it wouldn't have been delivered until after the birthday party.
