I have been using self tanner for 28 years. I have always used one with a color guard in it. I have been switching out my products to non toxic and self tanner was one I didn't want to give up. I was so nervous using this and having streaks or missing patches. I was surprised when it turned out beautiful. It wore well for about a week and came off evenly. I replied thinking it was a fluke the first time to have no streaks and it came out beautiful again. I will absolutely be repurchasing and ditching my old tanner. Definitely recommend!

I have tried so many tanning products and because of my fair skin, they always go on streaky, or create buildup around my elbows/knees – but this product goes on so beautifully! I love that I can layer it to go darker, or first layer is so subtle and natural looking. The only solution I use now!

I bought this because I was looking for something with a better ingredients and of course something that actually worked. I live in jeans because we are farmers and I was sick of being the girl with the ghost white legs. So I have been using this and have also forced myself to wear shorts more. However, my top half is always much darker than my bottom half. I apply lotion to my knees and ankles and then put this right on my a mit. The first time it got a little blotchy around my ankles but that was because I didn't put enough lotion on. The color is very nice and dosnt look fake to me. It really darkens about 6 hours after you apply and I always wait the recommended 15 minutes before putting your clothes on. And I have been very addiment about putting lotion on as well in between applications. The one time I did go in the pool I could rub it right off but I had also sweated for days because we had a week long heat wave. The next time I went swimming it wasn't like that. It is buildable so applying it 2 days in a row really does make a difference. It does feel slightly sticky after you put it on, like if you crossed your legs it would feel like you just ran a marathon sticky. But I figured out if you put lotion on after your 15 minutes it takes this away. It does have a slight sent to it but nothing like previous ones I have had. I have done only my bottom half to make it match my top half and I was able to blend it in quite nicely. I would highly recommend this little tanner and it's a great little confidence booster as well. Who dosnt feel better when you got a nice summer glow!

The mousse formula makes it super easy to apply, and it blends seamlessly into the skin. I love how lightweight and non-sticky it feels—no greasy residue! My go-to self tanner for the longest time was Loving Tan. I ditched it once I was fully educated on how awful most self-tanners are for women and our hormones. I started off with the drops from BBE and I loved them. The mousse is great, and one thing I really love about it is you don't feel sticky or smelly after applying. The tan also fades really nicely. I didn't get the patchiness that I normally do with a self-tanner like Loving Tan. All in all, great tanner. Worth every penny!

I reallllly wanted to love this because of it being less toxic than other self tanners: however, it doesn't get as dark as I would like for medium to dark color. While it might be ideal for some people, I am a chronic self tanner and I love a darker color. I will be going back to my Peta Jane beauty self tanner. Pros: no green undertones, not streaky, not orange, gives a nice glow, not sticky. Cons: not as dark as other brands.

I love this stuff. When I first applied it there seemed to be no change in color compared to other self tanners I used (which were more toxic) so I was bummed. But after a little I noticed my skin actually was tanning, so if this happens to you don’t worry, it works. I personally apply two coats each time and let it sit for as long as I can (I’m very busy so unfortunately the max I have is like an hour). I actually tested it on my wrist and forgot I applied so it was on for hours and I was suuuper tan. So if you have time for that it will be even more effective. But the tan looks natural, the product smells great and less toxins! So I think it’s a great product.
