Let’s be honest. No one needs to spend $300 on a self-cut mirror system. Any cheap $20 wall/door mounted tri-fold mirror will work just fine for most. However, if you want the best in terms of looks, features, quality and convenience (and don’t mind paying a premium for it), then the Self-Cut Angel Lights Tripod system may be for you. The tripod stand is super-sturdy. Definitely no unwanted movement/wobbling of the mirror when it is mounted on the tripod and everything is properly tightened down. The integrated LED lights are dimmable and extremely bright. With a full charge, the LED lights last just over 3-1/2 hours at full brightness. So, you should be able to get at least 3-4 grooming/cutting sessions, before needing to recharge the batteries. The adjustable/removable shelf is also a nice touch and provides a convenient place to store some of your tools. For me, the best part of this mirror system is the ability to move & use it anywhere I want. No power cords needed since the LED lights are battery powered, and of course, the tripod stand means you can put it anywhere you want. I’m really loving this self-cut system!

I’ve been using the King’s Mirror for a while, and it’s been a solid tool with LED strips on all three panels. But I just got the Self-Cut System’s Angel Lights 360 Mirror setup, and my first impression is that it’s a big upgrade. The lighting is the first thing I noticed—it’s a full LED ring around each panel, not just strips like on the King’s Mirror. It gives much more even and brighter coverage, making it easier to see what I’m doing when I’m working on fades and lineups. The tripod setup is also a huge step up. It’s sturdy and height-adjustable, so I don’t need to hang it on a door anymore. It’s nice to have the flexibility to set it up wherever I want. I did test out the wireless feature briefly, and it’s really convenient. The mirror charges quickly and held the charge well during my first use, so I’m looking forward to using it wirelessly more often. Overall, I’m really impressed right out of the box. The King’s Mirror served me well, but this feels like a next-level upgrade. If you’ve been using the King’s Mirror and are considering something new, the Angel Lights 360 Mirror setup is definitely worth checking out. It’s made my self-cuts feel smoother and more precise already, even just on first use.

The media could not be loaded. To start off I have had their Black Lambo mirror for 3-4 years now and although that was a good product, this mirror is a big improvement ( a game changer ). The mirror itself is high quality, and the casing feels durable rugged scratch resistant. The mirror has built-in in lights which are dimmable, rechargeable, and can be used without being plugged in. The tripod is another improvement over previous mirrors whereas previous mirrors you would rely on hanging them over doors. With the tripod you can set up anywhere you want, and you dont have to stand either. Since the tripod is height adjustable you can sit whilst you cut your hair. There is also a tray attachment for your clippers/trimmers and guards or other tools. The mirror has an opening where the tripod snaps into, and a release button to remove the mirror from the tripod. It's a geat product all in all.

The media could not be loaded. Got the Self-Cut System Angle Lights 360 recently, and I’m really liking it. Came quick and was packaged well. The mirror quality is real good....the glass is super clear. The lights are bright and also super soft, diffused just right to give an even tone all around ur head, making it easy to see everything clearly while cutting. The mirrors are a good size and give me all the angles I need to see my whole head. It even comes with a tray for my clippers and stuff, and the tripod is solid...feels really sturdy. Honestly, I’d recommend it to anyone who cuts their own hair or wants to start. It wontreplace my travel self-cut since its bigger, but it’s definitely staying at home for regular use. Perfect for keeping myself cleaned up at all times!

Gave this to my husband as part of his birthday gift & he absolutely loved it. We stay in an apartment & the bathroom lighting is crappy so he liked that the fact that there’s a light that can be adjusted to a bright setting and that the mirrors allowed him to see what he was doing from multiple angles. Although my husband & I thought it was a great product I have to give it 3 stars because the mirror light stop working after 2 months.

Overall, I’m really happy with this mirror and would rate it a 4.5 if I could. It's a significant improvement over the door-hanging model, offering better convenience, usability, and lighting. Pros: - Portability and Convenience: I love the freedom to cut my hair anywhere in the house now, and it’s easy to take with me if I need to cut my hair on-the-go. - Lighting: The lighting is a huge upgrade. I can see much better with light coming from multiple directions off the mirror, and it's just as bright (if not brighter) than the previous model. - Comfort: I can even cut my hair while sitting, which is great when my back or legs are sore. The flexibility in placement has made it much more comfortable to use. Cons: - Storage: One downside is the difficulty of putting it away. Unlike the previous model, where I could just hang it up, this one requires taking the entire unit down and storing it somewhere. I wish they had kept the notches or some other way to use the original hanging frame, so I could easily hang it when not in use. I'm considering using command strips as a potential solution. - Tripod and Durability: The tripod itself is a bit tricky to store, and unfortunately, when I was testing out different storage options, it fell over and the clipper tray broke. I couldn’t find the tray sold separately, so I’m looking into either finding an alternative or contacting customer service for a replacement. Even with these issues, I still prefer this mirror over the previous model. It’s much more comfortable and versatile, and I might get another one during Black Friday ngl haha
