I had a smaller version of this that I picked up at the cosmetics area of a local department store, I thought it was the best tool ever. I was wrong, this one is way better. The smaller one was good at taking care of surface problems but ineffectual for the deeper ones that occasionally plagued my husband. This tool within seconds removed a spot that had formed deep on the muscular part of his shoulder and had been bothering him for well over a year. I tempted to order a second one because my teenage boys lost my smaller one and I dont want to be without this tool. Nice product and affordable. The larger hole is nice for me because it helps me get rid of problematic black heads or even white heads if I have to. Just make sure to sanitize it before and after each use. The smaller end was useless to me because of my large pores, but I can see how someone would have the opposite problem.
