This the real deal.. It is pricey, cant comment on the things i gave only 3 stars because I dont wear it much because it is so beautiful. A work of Art. Hey, it is a Seiko,,,it will last and can be repaired for 20 years after manufacture. And it will hold its value, I sent a 20 year old divers watch in to Seiko and they still had the parts for it, It puts Rolex's to shame. So does grand Seikos, I do own a gold Rolex and the case is all gold ... show more

This is a very nice watch, but it does have one drawback. Even with the bubble on the date window it is still very hard to read. I had to send the watch back.

I love it. I just wish I could read the compass dial. You need a magnifier but I suppose I’m very bright light you could. Don’t really myself needing that ultimately but it’s cool. Beautiful and I’d Seiko had the prestige and snob factor that Rolex etc. has it would be the last watch I would buy. Get one. It’s great ... show more

    • Very bad durability.
The crown has become nearly unfunctional. It is a screw down crown. It’s so hard to pull it out to the second click , after unscrewing it, to set the time and pulling it out to the first click to set. The date is nearly impossible. It also feels really gritty when you manually wind the watch. Very disappointing with the quality of this Seiko. ... show more
