We ordered our rings and mine was a little tight. I used the QR code that came in the package that said if they don't fit reach out, got immediate responses, they are for free (except shipping) replacing my ring and they offered me a free gift ring. I got my confirmation email within 12 hours, after receiving the email my man's ring started to fall off throughout the day. I reached back out to see if we can include a smaller size for his ring and they immediately updated the exchange to both of our rings. I love the amazing customer service!! The rings themselves are very comfortable, we love the color and that the female ring has a little "sparkle" to it with the metal piece. So far they are pretty comfortable though mine was tight, it could just be because I am very pregnant so the size isn't right for me right now.

My ring is pretty snug which I don’t mind but my husband’s was a little too tight for him especially as an automotive technician. When he was at rest it didn’t bother him but while working it strangled his finger a little bit. The size up made it a little loose on his finger, but not enough to fall off and he finds it much more comfortable now. We really like these, they very cute. Defs recommend.

My husband's ring (men's band) is still going strong but the womens ring has some design issues. The metal piece pops off when I dry my hands after washing them and today when I went to put the metal piece back on the ring just popped along where the metal piece goes. Disappointing as the ring was great until it broke.
