I actually bought this for my post Pordum recovery. I gave birth via csection in late January. I ordered another in beige. Works amazingly well. Here are my honest thoughts.. Size reference: I ordered a XL before sizing down to a large. I am 5'7 and 200 lbs. It doesn't ride down or anything. And covers from under my bust to just above my bikini line. Quality: very good quality. Sturdy and material is easy on the skin. I have even taken a nap in it. Ease of use: I recommend doing the top first and then the lower straps. Ending with the middle ones. As you loose weight go inwards to the 2nd row and then the third. Ones you reach the third, it's time to get a smaller size. Value for money: worth the buy. I'd get more but I wanna loose weight before that happens. Thickness: Doesn't feel thick and not noticeable under cloths

First waist training med I’ve ver worn that I can actually wear all day. It actually snatches my waist so good and gives me that small waist wide hips look that we all want to achieve. I highly recommend this waist trainer it doesn’t roll , it’s comfortable and it gives good compression. The vertical support plastics / metal ( bones) pieces don’t poke you when you sit if adjusted correctly. It is easy to put on the middle piece brings it all together .

First wear. As you can see the second wrap hook and eye closure has pulled away from its sewing/lining. I was able to tuck it back into its slot but I don’t know how long it will last. It hasn’t rolled down on me. I can probably go to the next level on all wraps but today is the first day so we will see how it goes. Does make me feel nice and supported. I bought the 2XL I am 5’6” and weigh 237lbs.

This waiste is the best I’ve ever had. I bought two one in a size large and medium and they both fit well. I wear them all day from 7am until 9pm then at bed time switch into another trainer that I don’t wear during the day b/c this trainer works well under clothing. It’s definitely breathable, gives great back support, and easy to use with no bad smell. I do was them in my washer but lay out to air dry

So I read the reviews before buying this and I saw most saying size down so I did. I’m usually a medium in clothes so I got a small. ( I weigh 130) the small fit but was SUPER tight and very uncomfortable. I returned and got the medium and it’s perfect!! Still very tight but more comfortable when sitting and wearing all day. LOVE IT. I’d say true to size
