I purchased this heat press in January and it has only lasted 7 months. It will heat up to a certain temperature than it turns off. I have a customization business and require higher heat settings to complete sublimation shirts and I am unable to do that or any shirt currently because it gets as high as 280-305 then it will shut off. I have not had any luck finding a number to get ahold of someone to see if this can be replaced as I have not had it a year. I ended up having to purchase a whole new heat press with a different company because I have a lot of pending orders that need to be completed. Wish I would have knew this would not last because I would have spent more money on another press which would be bigger to ensure it got my moneys worth. ... show more

    • Cheap quality, not for business
I use my heat press for printing on custom clothes. It turns off repeatedly as soon as it gets to about 130 degrees. My projects require 300-350 degrees. This means in order for my machine to warm up, it shuts off about 10 times before successfully reaching the desired temperature. This was my first heat press, but it’s very annoying to use. I waste about 30 minutes-1 hour waiting on the machine to warm up. This was a nice upgrade for me switching from an easy press with very few customers. But now I am getting regular consistent business, this heat press really sucks and slows me down as a business. Very cheap quality investment. I do not recommend this for business use. Better for small random personal crafts. This machine caused me to ruin multiple shirts and hoodies due to uneven heating. The top gets heat, the edges get about 150 degrees too hot causing burns, and the middle basically get no heat which creates air bubbles in the vinyl. UPDATE: I contacted the seller to see what can be done. Turns out it needed a new brain. They sent me a new one for free. . I haven’t had this replacement piece for long so I will update this review after frequent use. Update: the replacement control box I got sounded like a ticking bomb. They sent another replacement box for free. Now my machine isn’t heating up evenly at all. Over 100 degrees off. They tried to tell me I’m using a bad vinyl. I’m not, I use Cricut and Siser vinyl. Good quality. Then they tried to tell me my machine need to be heating for about 5 minutes before using. I informed them I heat it up atleast 10-20 minutes before using. Now they are completely ignoring me. Worste investment I have ever made in my business. 👎🏽 This issue has been on going for almost 3 months. I have had to refund over $500 to my customers because of bad quality prints and delay in getting a working machine. I believe I deserve a refund or a working replacement machine. Almost 3 weeks with no response from the seller. I contacted Amazon for a refund. Very dissapointed. ... show more

    • I wish it lasted more than a year!
I love how the machine worked. Heated evenly. The size is great. The swing was great…much better than clamshell. The attachments are SO convenient! The only thing wrong is that it ONLY lasted a year and the wire inside burned so it shorted out and wouldn’t power back on. May have been a fluke so I’ll buy again to see because overall it was perfect until then. Also had the perfect “rise” or height for a table I had sitting next to it. I had it sitting on a 4 legged utility table purchased from Harbor Freight with all the attachments sitting on a shelf below the machine. I just wish it lasted longer than a year. Hopefully this next one lasts longer! I’ll update if the next one burns up equally as quick. ... show more

I've had this for about two weeks now and it seems to be ok. I previously had a clamp style and burned myself multiple times so being able to swing the plate away has really been helpful for me plus its easier to put the shirt down on the mat to be pressed. The instructions were clear and I was able to set it up quickly. I wish the timer would automatically start when I close the clamp. I haven't used the other attachments yet. ... show more

This heat press works great, especially considering I was using an iron for my HTV projects before. I have not used the attachments yet. The cup press attachment was broken when I opened the package. The seller was fantastic with a quick response and sending me the replacement piece to repair it. It also arrived much faster than expected. You will have to anchor the press down to a work surface to use it safely. I purchased a metal rolling cart and attached it with zip ties. It's very stable and works great. ... show more

Haven’t had a chance to fully use this product. But, everything so far is awesome! I would give a full five stars but again haven’t had a chance to use everything it comes with. I would recommend.
