Gave it a 4 star rating for "Easy to use" due to the fact that the instructions are actually very vague in general use of product. Once the user plays with the controls for a bit and gets used to them, then the user is able to figure out how to set timer and other features. If it weren't for this difficulty, this would have been an all around 5 star rating. As far as value for the money spent? Well worth every penny. Extremely sturdy sand once the user is able to figure out all of the features, it works fantastic! Give yourself some time to learn it and play with the controls. You might as well buy several different types of items your going to print on and expect to make several mistakes (costing you additional money in the beginning). Don't despair, you'll figure it out and become a true master of the unit with time and effort.

It may be a good quality machine, I didn't not test it in the long run, but it has ease of use problems. Cons -When you turn the top of the machine around to the back the machine tips over from the weight, the bottom needs to be weighted. You have to pull put the bottom shelf out first to steady it, which is an extra unneeded step. -The metal top gets much too hot, like touching an iron. I found I needed a press with a heat resistant top. -When trying to change the heat I had trouble with the machine staying on the previous set temperature. Im not sure if you have to reset it between uses or what but with my other machine changing all the settings was much easier and streamlined.

I have used this for a while and it works great! The only thing I had to do was buy some heat-resistant glue to hold the foam mats in place. Besides have to glue the foam it has worked great and it is built well.

I bought this in July 2022 so I had it for bought a year and a half. I love it every time I used it. Did everything perfect. Just went to use it and it no longer heats up at all. I was in the middle of making items for a customer and it went out. I am so sad because while it did work i enjoyed it, it really should have lasted longer than it did. Update! I tried to reach out to seller and Amazon. Could NEVER GET AHOLD OF SELLER and Amazon was a son help! This product is supposed to be warranted for 2 years it lasted a little over a year! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I bought this heat press along with a bigger one, this one is my absolute favorite!! I highly recommend it! My bigger one was VERY hard for me to unlock to lift the lid (as it was very big, bulky and heavy). But this one is super easy to use. It can even be used on bigger projects as well. It’s lightweight, heats up fast, and is definitively worth the price!

I purchased this a few years back, worked great till it didn’t. It started to over heat several months back, I don’t want to do away with it. Can anyone help? I bought another control box and it wouldn’t work. So it isn’t reading the temp, it would just show up with three lines, and it just got hot, hot, burned a shirt. So with the new one it also displayed just the three lines or dots on temp window. On the one I bought, little booklet said if the three lines came up, it was not compatible with my machine. But that can’t be the issue with my original box it came with. Can anyone point me In the direction to help me out with this? Thank you so much.
