I was using a tab that came with the bow and it seems a lot of pros use them. I could stand them and based of sales and recommendations from Amazon I bought this. Fit was ok around the wrist but the fingers were better. Took about a day of archery to wear it in a little. I am still working on my form and such so any lousy shooting is on me.
