I am very pleased with this starting soil mixture. It is very fine and the amount of clumps/pieces of debris is minimal which I have always had issues in the past with other brands. I have started some of my plants and they have been coming up quicker than usual - not sure if it is the soil or conditions but regardless I really recommend this soil starter mix. It is a little more pricey but considering the time I spent and amount of debris that I picked out of other brands to get the soil smooth, it is worth it. ... show more

While I have not had the opportunity to use this yet (as I received it well past the time when I raise seedlings), it looks to be a good potting mix. You can easily see the perlite and vermiculite in the mix. I will update this review if there are any issues next spring. Price seems a little high.

I've been using this seed mix for several cycles now! It's very easy to use and seems to work very well for a variety of seeds. I've used it to successfully germinate strawberries and various citrus. Seems to drain well. Does arrive dry so you'll need to wet it before potting or adding water after packing the pot then adding some more mix on top once the soil compacts a bit when wet. ... show more
