You have the option to use the drawers as filing cabinets or to just fill with miscellaneous stuff. It has a nice locking feature and I love the hooks to hang my headphones or other items. This is an 80lb box FYI. The instructions to assemble are mostly easy to follow. I built mine yesterday and it is a beautiful. I am redoing my office, so I got this. The locks on the filling cabinet drawers are good enough to keep the drawers shut however if someone really wants in then it won't be hard to get the drawers open. It is very sturdy and the esthetic is wonderful. Over all I would recommend this and I would buy again. Hopefully it will last a long time.

Put this thing together and it's super sturdy! I did have an issue with one of the drawer panels - the holes were drilled on the wrong side - so the company sent me a replacement with no issue. Overall good experience with this item.

The only reason I’m not returning this is because I took 3 hours assembling and will not waste more time taking it apart. My final straw was installing the lock mechanism. The pre drilled holes were barely pre drilled which caused me to strip the hole and the locks won’t screw in. Before that, I had to take different pieces apart multiple times and put them back together in a different order from the instructions in order for everything to fit together. I’ve assembled lots of (cheap) furniture and never written a review. That’s how bad this is. Don’t waste your time or money.

The Product is a hot mess to assemble! It's a disaster. Once it is together it is sturdy and looks nice. Seller has to send an entire replacement. I dont believe the seller has tested this product. The manufacturer is horrible. If you can find a similar item then skip this one or bring an army! You will need your own tools in cases. The ones that are supplied are not adequate enough
