We recently updated our basement "office" space and I had been searching for a reasonably priced corner desk. When I found the SEDETA L Shaped Computer Desk I knew it was meant to be as the dimensions worked PERFECTLY. Once I was sold on that, I needed to get a storage shelf/cart for our printer (the desk shelf isn't large enough) and I was happy to find the SEDETA 44" File Cabinet which matched the desk. I found assembly to be pretty easy. Each piece was labeled, as was the hardware, and the instructions were pretty clear. There was another review which indicates you should "wait to install Item 1 until last"... I followed that recommendation but I'm not sure what value it added as it actually made installing the middle screw more difficult and I believe having done it when originally advised it would make things easier to "balance" on other steps (so I would probably ignore that!). Overall the steps are pretty straightforward and I only had 1-2 issues. There was one part where there were multiple holes (and some appeared to be "puttied" over) which caused a mistake when installing the drawer rails, but I quickly recognized and corrected the mistake. All said and done... it took about 1.5 hours to fully build (and that was while doing other things around the house, and by myself). There seemed to be a few other areas with putty applied which was a bit annoying (just getting on hands/fingers) but that was a minor annoyance. The quality is what you would expect for this price point... the wood surface itself is a bit thin, but it looks very nice in person and I love the "industrial" look mixing wood and metal. I also compared the "height" of the file cabinet to the matching desk and assumed the "desk" surfaces would be the same height for both items (29.5") however the file cabinet surface is slightly less as the 29.5" measurement in the photo is for the back wall (which adds 3.9"). As for the drawers, I paid extra attention to ensuring all of the pieces were "squared" when assembling and that the rails were level/centered and I was pleased to find no issues with opening/closing (slides smoothly) or drooping. The addition of integrated power is a nice addition. One other thing I'll mention is that we also purchased the SEDETA L Shaped Computer Desk (also in "Rustic Brown). It isn't an exact color match (a little more of a lighter brown with less of the black grain/streaks) but it's "close enough" to be across the room and not stand out. I've included a photo of that here as well just for reference. I will have more photos on that product/review page for anyone interested, as that was one of the things I looked for when purchasing and considered going in all white since they were likely to be an exact color match. Overall I would recommend this file cabinet - just make sure there's no exterior damage to the box when it arrives from shipping and the inside is well packaged and everything should be good. Enjoy!

It is very nice. Just not as tall as I was wanting. Lots of pieces to put together. Putting the rails on for the drawers was a little confusing when putting it together. The drawer don’t close flush. But it is working for what I bought it for.

This was super easy to put together. Sometimes it was tricky lining up the holes, but it all worked out. Thick carpet did not go well with the wheels and they did not hold up. I took the wheels off as I didn't really expect to need them. Overall, I am super happy with this product.

The look of the cabinet is fairly nice for fake wood and particle board structure. The locking fasteners would not lock fully and sit flush within the cutouts. Not the best for something that cost $200. The assembly instructions are far worse than an IKEA assembly booklet. They also don’t indicate the correct quantity of parts required. In fact they were missing the most important part of the product to make it a cabinet. It was missing the sliders for the drawers to be assembled and installed. I contacted the seller and as I expected the seller isn’t the manufacture of the product their a 3rd party seller and quoted me a 20-25day delivery for the missing parts (probably from some foreign country). Luckily I was able to go to Home Depot and in their isle that has drawer handles/knobs etc sells drawer sliders. Found a set that would fit and made it work. So now some cheap grade cabinet we got to use as a makeshift desk/storage for our 3D printer and filament rolls cost an additional $20 because they couldn’t include the appropriate parts in their product.

The unit is nice enough looking and feels solid. Unfortunately, the dimensions of the drawer do not allow the drawer slides to align properly. The inside and outside pieces of the slides do not engage on both sides and the drawer falls off the slides every time it is opened and closed.
