The media could not be loaded. I love this couch it’s great for apartment spaces. It is firm but I love firm. The extra storage was great for putting the tv remotes and game controllers.

I’m so unhappy with this purchase. The cushions are so hard that it hurts your butt when you sit on it. It’s definitely not for just lounging as the back isn’t high enough for comfort. Ig I’m going to buy some cushions for it or I will not be able to sit on it longer then 10 min.

I have to say that I loved how this couch looked on line. I was excited to get it. I received it via 3 shipments, on different dates, and I am unsure as to why that occurred. Putting it together was not too difficult, however there was damage on three different areas of this couch. I did reach out to the seller, and have received tiny fractional reimbursing. Anyway, sitting on the couch is fine, and the pillows behind are comfortable. I do not like that the pillows are attached by Velcro and as a result they do not attach strong enough, and do come out of place. I do like that it has compartments for storage.
