For continuous recording, keep battery above 80% or use a power adapter; otherwise it will revert to motion recording. Do I need to connect to WiFi to use this camera? Yes, the base station must be connected to WiFi during setup to activate and use the system properly. Can it still record when the WiFi is disconnected? Yes. As long as the connection between the cameras and the base station is stable, videos will continue to be saved to the storage card in the base station even without internet. Can I connect the camera directly to a monitor? Sorry, this model cannot connect directly to a monitor. You can view live video and playback recordings conveniently through our ARCCTV APP.
