A great quality wallet for cards would recommend holding 4 minimum. But can hold up to 6 or 7 I believe. There is an option if you would like to hold cash but I personally just wanted a wallet to hold my essentials and it gets the job done wonderfully. I dropped my last carrier and broke it, so I was very happy to find this replacement. I carry an ID card and 5 credit cards in my purse. And I keep a small wallet for currency.
