The arm of the chair snapped off for no reason in particular. After about 4 months I have finally received the replacement seat base. Now I have to take apart and reassemble the whole thing. Not thrilled with the warranty process. The chair is sweet tho when its working.

I bought my chair a couple of years back and it has been the best purchase! The seat is well made and comfortable. After awhile my arm rest started to peel so, I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement, as each chair comes with 2-3 year warranty, 5 years if you show it off and tag Secretlab on social media. Both the live chat representative and Customer Service Specialist were amazing! They showed that care about the customer and are willing to help! Buying this chair was defiantly worth it! Love the chair and the support! After a year, my seat had one tiny spring coming off (it wasn’t bothering seating, just cosmetics) and right after I requested replacement, it was shipped and the new sear arrived within a week! Highly recommend! 5 year warranty is awesome!
