Although it looks really cool and my daughter loved it at first sight, we couldn't get it to charge. We could turn it on while it was plugged in and the front lights would flash, but it would turn off as soon as it was unplugged. Most hoverboards I see on Amazon have around 6-9% 1-star reviews, so I knew there was a chance we'd run into an issue but was hoping for some luck. Instead, it was a bit disappointing since it was her birthday "wish." Thankfully, Amazon made the return process very easy. I spoke with an online support person and after asking me a few questions they offered a refund. I printed the return label, put it back in the box, and dropped it off at UPS. Hoping for better luck on my next hoverboard purchase...

I ordered 2 of these and both are defective. The 1 star is because it looks cool. I fully charged the biard. The lights were green but when stepped on on side turned red and started beeping immediatly. This was on both boards. Something is very wrong with the manufacturing. I am hoping to get a refund. Amazon does not refund this product. It has to be refunded by seller. I am hoping they are so I can order a different one for my grandsons.

I got this for my son and done everything correctly and everytime you turn it on it vibrated so bad you couldn't ride it. I sent it back in hopes for a refund and have yet to get my refund it has been 2 months.
