Great product, comfortable, adds a little more padding. We used in our camper on the pull-out couch on top of the current mattress due to the mattress getting close to needing to be replaced and have had no complaints. So, until it is an absolute purchase, we will keep using this.

Despite what other reviews said, I took it out the box and put it on my bed and it had expanded fully after 20 minutes! It did improve the days following but was ready to sleep on then. It is very comfortable and soft but it could be better however my friend has the exact same one and hers is much more comfortable and soft than mine for some reason… if i were to rate hers it would be a 5 but i would give the one I received a solid 4 ... show more

The packaging was very good, well thought out. Easy to unpack, very clean. I let it rest and rise for 12 hrs before using. Initially there was a slight chemical smell but it dissipated within an hour. It was not overwhelming. 1st night of use was very comfortable and I slept well (usually I do not, awakening several times due to pain) with little to no pain. When I got up from bed in morning, very little back pain (this also is unusual) and I moved about with ease. I had bought this topper to help my gel mattress perform better. Success ! ... show more

This foam is NOT gel infused, nor is it dense enough to provide any support whatsoever. Im a 125lb female and I sink through this. I gave it 5 days to expand and it hasn’t changed. You can pinch the foam between your fingers. It’s such squishy foam and has created back problems for me. I am genuinely shocked that they’re selling this. I had a 3 inch memory foam before and the quality was night and day compared for this. I imagine that this subpar topper must be from the company that Sealy acquired and iT MUST be lower quality than the ones people got who gave 4 and 5 star reviews. I bought it to make a hard mattress more comfortable while I’m staying somewhere temporarily for 3 months. It arrived in a compact package, and after letting it expand for about 3 hours, it was ready to use. I appreciated that there was no smell, and it’s definitely soft. However, it doesn’t offer much support. I’ve been waking up with some back and neck pain, so I don’t think this would be suitable for long-term use. It’s fine as a short-term solution, but for anything beyond 3 months, I’d recommend something that provides better spinal support. ... show more

I bought this for a mattress that is a bit too firm, hoping this topper would give it just a bit of cushion. My mistake was only letting it expand for two days before putting it on. It was SO uncomfortable the first few nights - my body sank.completrly through to the firm mattress below but only at my heaviest points, so I was strained in uncomfortable slouches with painful pressure points on my hips and shoulders. I was so sad, because what the hell was I supposed to do with a giant useless piece of foam. I rated it 2 stars. But after a good seven days, the foam started to harden up to what I assume is it's expected quality and - OMG what a difference. It is SO comfortable, very supportive now with it fully expanded, so there are no pressure points. I haven't slept this well in years. Take my advice and wait a week before sleeping on it!!! ... show more
