UPDATED REVIEW: 5 YEARS INTO A 10 YEAR WARRANTY I bought another mattress to replace this one. The center of the mattress ended up in a permanent "dip". I'm not obese. The platform is one of the best on the market. I can't recommend this model/brand. OLD REVIEW: Been sleeping on it for 2 weeks now, and it's very comfortable. We took a chance buying it online, since we can't try it out in a store, and it worked out in our favor. It's a great value.

I have a chronic illness that involves extreme pain in my legs, and I figured my mattress was not helping matters any. So I looked on amazon for a new pillowtop mattress. I happened upon this one with a payment plan. 165 month for 5 months. A bit rich for my blood but I bit anyways, desperate to find some relief from my decade old mattress that was biting the dust. And I am glad that I did. It really has helped improve my pain levels, making it easier to sleep. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone suffering from fibromyalgia, Md or other conditions to do with pain. It really helps. It's no cure all by any means, but its helped me.

I looked at about 20 different mattresses and found this one that fits my comfort level very well! The extra plush top makes it feel soft yet still has the support you need. Can be used with or without a box spring!!

Third day sleeping on this mattress and I've developed back pain! My husband gets hot at night and it doesn't do anything for cooling him, it's actually worse than our old mattress... Motion transfer is still there... I can feel everything that touches the mattress. We went with the 14" cal King plush top and its waay too firm. It looks nice, but that's about it. I'm gonna give it a few more days, but I have a feeling it's not going to work out for us. We have to find a new mattress asap.

I purchased this mattress in November of 2018. There was no apparent link to terms of the 10 Year Warranty. I recently researched it on the Sealy Internet Site. It is a "LIMITED WARRANTY", requiring agreement to Binding Arbitration and waiver of Class Action rights. Submission of a warranty claim is onerous. I am sure most people just give up. 1. You must strip the bed and lift one end of this 118 pound mattress high into the air to photograph box springs or foundation beneath (Not easy if you are 72 and disabled); 2. Lift the other end up high enough to photograph Law Tag at other end middle of the mattress for codes and numbers; 3. Photograph top using tape measure and wood rod to demonstrate depression. Paste documents and photos into online Warranty Claim Form which must be submitted in 45 days. Provide proof of purchase. Comply with additional requests. Mine went bad within 6 months of purchase. Mattress dipped down more than 5 inches at mid-torso and continues. I estimate it will cost approximately $200 to hire younger able bodied men just to commence claim process and 4 hours of my time which is billed at $500 an hour to complete submission. Read more reviews you will see a common theme. Apparently, other warranty fulfillment companies buy the paper who specialize in making the submission process even more difficult so they do not have to expend funds to honor it. Implementing this Warranty Claim is like shaking off a unethical debt collector for a transaction you had nothing to do with. I believe this scheme is violative of federal law in all states and state law in at least 47. Class Actions have been successful.
