    • Sunken-in, in less than a year
*Update* this mattress also has a very potent smell - I don’t have the words to describe it, maybe a sour/rancid industrial chemical smell. I honestly thought it was our dogs that might have been stinky (turns out it wasn’t), so then I thought maybe it was the mattress topper itself so that was removed (wasn’t that either)...as we were moving, the only item in the room was the mattress and it smells awful - I can’t believe we’ve been breathing this stuff in. And an enclosed mattress protector does not help alleviate the bad smell! Less than 1 year of use and this bed is already in need of replacing. The entire mattress and pillow top has sunk and their are 2 discernible impressions from where my husband and I sleep in the bed. The springs cause pressure points all over our body and we even tried a memory foam mattress topper to ease the pain from the springs digging in. My husband and I are both under 200 lbs and we rotated the mattress as we should but it did not delay the breakdown of the supports. Our mattress before this one was from American Furniture Warehouse and that only started to get impressions after 9 years. I am highly disappointed we did not get a years use from this mattress before it sunk. It caused neck strain from the day we got it - we even switched pillows 3 times and no luck so it’s a result of the mattress. ... show more

we got this for our daughter to replace her ten year old mattress. She loves it and since she has scoliosis she has more support and yet not too firm.

    • Uncomfortably cheap.
I was hoping this was a good deal for a decent mattress and it’s not. It definitely feels (and sounds) like a cheap mattress. You can feel the coils through the pillow top and it’s not soft enough to side sleep without having my hands fall asleep. After two weeks we broke down and bought a nice topper for it to fix the feeling but it still makes noises like a rusty gate when you move around. You’re better off going cheaper and expecting this quality or going up to a better mattress and getting something comfortable. ... show more

My only dislike was the delivery. I was told there would be two delivery people to bring the mattress into my home. One driver (smaller in stature) arrived and he was not able to manouver the king sized mattress by himself. Together we unboxed it and lifted it into my porch. I had to bring it inside myself. Lifting large objects unassisted is not the best activity for someone with asthma & a back injury! ... show more

Let it air out for a few days if you can. Strong chemical odor, I'm on day 3 and it's finally dissipating. I actually tried returning product prior to arrival due to the product saying it was "Soft" but I wasn't able to cancel on time. Now that I have it here, it's not that soft at all, and it's pretty firm for stating it was on the soft side. ... show more

    • Good mattress for larger men.
Sleeping sound after a month so far. 380 lb man with two back surgery and nice firmness to be able lift out of bed without sinking into the sponge mattress kind....yet soft enough to get right to sleep. Sex has improved because mattress is firm without knees sinking. Hope this helps.
