    • Sealed my Oil Lamp
I purchased and used this product based on some Google searching for a lamp that had some pin holes in the lamp reservoir. This did seal the bottom of the lamp and stopped the lamp oil from leaking. The product did work as described.

    • The best dag gum adhesive I've ever used!
I use this adhesive on everything, equipment repairs, gas cans, anything that outdoor strength is needed! The only complaint I have is that it used to be inexpensive (only a couple dollars) but now with the economy up ended, you pay nearly seven dollars locally for the larger tube. This may be because it is based on oil to produce it, but I'm no chemist - only a guy who tries to keep and repair the items I own. Anyway, in my opinion, this is the best! ... show more

I used this product to seal a small leak in the gas tank of my 1987 Chevy Blazer and it worked great and will continue to use this product cuz it is just great

    • Not very gas resistant
I purchased this for a tiny pinhole leak in my gas tank. After reading that this was gas resistant; seeing gas tank testimonials and observing a gas can on the package, I bought it. I ran the tank low, tilted the car on a ramp to stop any fuel, cleaned and applied. It held for several days, but I noticed the center of the patch turning white from the normal clear color right over the hole. Then it undermined the whole patch and started leaking again. I reapplied and had the same experience several days later. I subsequently bought epoxy designed for tanks and it has has held for months. I don't think Amazon allow direct mention of competing products on a products page (been rejected) so I will say just search on gas tank and epoxy. I'd give it a very low rating if it was only for gas tanks, but it works well as a household cement substitute around the house. ... show more

    • Stopped my fuel leak on my C10 fuel cell
impressive little goo a week later and my fuel tank is not longer weeping fuel leak after install. I put on 3 or 4 coats. The glue set up and dried in just a couple minutes. Very strong impressive sealant.
