This reel has held up well in inshore saltwater fishing conditions so far, and has had no issues reeling in 5-25 lb saltwater fish. So one year later, two dozen stripers in the 20lbs range, the reel is going on strong. The only issue is the handle keeps unscrewing itself when fighting the fish.

Reels arrived a day before expected. They are as described and very smooth. Size wise they are small. I may have miscalculated my needs so I may have to think that thru. That’s my fault not the reels.

Spooled a 50lb braided line onto it and so far pretty good. Took it out on 3 fishing trips and it handled 30+ lbs of skip jacks. Just wish they had a bigger size.
