This works extremely well. It might be in my mind but I feel like I lose a lot of water weight each time I use this especially when I do cardio with it on. Great quality and I love the fact that you can wipe off your sweat when you’re done using it. I don’t feel as though a provides a lot of back support, but it definitely serves its purpose by helping you lose water weight in your midsection because it makes you sweat so much. It isn’t very bulky but I also don’t wear skin tight things to the gym, so if you do, expect a little bulk. The waist trainer fits great, I’m 5’5 158 got a medium and it fits nice and snug around the waist and secure greatly. If you wear it next to your skin you will definitely sweat but I wear it on top of my shirt and still got a sweat going. Quality is pretty good so far no issues. This is a really good sweat belt. It’s sturdy, the right thickness and width. The trim around it keeps it from rolling up. The Velcro is really adhesive and the belt stays in place. No skin irritation at all. A way cheaper option than, but as good as, a sweet sweat belt.
