I ordered this raccoon squeaky plush for my dog, who is a pit/ boxer mix. She loves to chew and can rip through most anything very easily. This thing has lasted a week already and is still mostly intact. That really is a long time for one of her toys to survive! I was worried when I saw that she had already taken off an eye and pulled one of the feet apart, but so far most of the raccoon is still intact and the squeaker still squeaks. I got this for one of my pups and they loved it, right up until one of the bigger dogs stole it and destroyed it. I am going to need to buy a few more, lol.

This toy is adorable and he looked so cute when he would hold it in his mouth it almost looked like a real animal lol buuuut in about 32 hours the stuffing was already coming out of it. This is pretty typical of our Pitbull baby since he likes to play & throw his toys around. However I hate when cute plushies donโ€™t last very long with him. If he wasnโ€™t an aggressive chewer I would probably give this a 4-5 star review. ... show more

Really cute toy, but didn't last 1 whole day. Our Vizsla puppy loved it literally to death. The threads pulled out, stuffing came out, and that was the end of that toy. Now all we have left is the internal squeeker ball. So definitely not a Vizsla proof toy. Perhaps a great toy for a smaller breed.

My pup loved this dog toy , very very soft for a dog toy and it lasted a couple days with my dog which is very good because he usually chews things up in no time. The one thing that I really liked about this dog toy that was the squeaker inside was actually a ball .My pup always thinks that it his mission to get the squeaker out of a toy and usually they are plastic little pieces which can be dangerous for a puppy. So when he finally got the squeaker out of this raccoon to our surprise it was a ball that squeaks which now he has the ball as a toy and plays with it everyday. We have small dogs but they seem to gravitate toward the bigger toys. Kona, a little black Chihuahua has adopted the racoon and plays with it all of the time. It squeaks enough to keep him and the rest of the pack happy but not so much as to drive folks crazy. The Raccoon seems to be holding up wall so far.     • Great for Playful Dogs
My two Goldens got very excited when I removed this stuffed raccoon from the packaging. This toy is packed with stuffing and has a squeaker. It was a definite hit, because each dog tried to "steal" it from the other. The dogs are now testing how sturdy the raccoon is, because they have left it out in the rain! They only seem to do the "rain" test with toys that they really like, so this one is a winner! The raccoon is on the small side but due to the overstuffing, it fills their mouths! I'm hoping that the dogs will have a hard time un-stuffing this toy. I'll report back it "mr. raccoon" doesn't hold up well. ... show more
