This cleaner works great for the green mossy stuff that gets on my house. My area has had a lot of rain and I have trees that shade one side of my house. It never gets sun so a LOT and I mean a LOT of green stuff gets on my siding. I watch the weather to make sure there are 3-4 days without rain. I spray this solution on the siding and wait. By the second day, I can see it working. By the fourth day, it's gone! I had to do it twice because there were some areas and really had some thick green moss on it. But I'm happy! I look at all my neighbors with the green on there homes and I want to tell them about this solution. This beats pressure washing which I've done in the past but I couldn't reach all the areas on the second floor of my home. This solution reached high up on my chimney. I don't want to be without it. I have an extra bottle for when I start seeing the green again. It's been 1-2 months and the green hasn't returned nor has the solution discolored my siding. It just looks new. Remember, this isn't to CLEAN the siding per say but it does get the green off! I do see some dirt but if I had the time or energy, I'm sure I could use this solution by spraying and then following it up with the pressure washer. I bought this thinking it would clean the dirt off my siding without scrubbing. It does not list dirt only moss mold, mildew and algae. I do not need a corrosive cleaner, so it's likely fine for mold etc, but not for general cleaning.

Siding was pretty dirty after use I still had to scrub to get the darker spots off. After photo shows top part not rescrubbed and bottom rescrubbed with window foaming cleaner and a scrub brush. It did remove A LOT of residue

It took two applications (and an additional round of light scrubbing) but overall I'm happy with this product. I moved into an older apartment with a concrete patio surrounded by a wooden fence and a brick wall. The enclosed area had a lot of mildew and a few moldy areas. I don't have an outdoor spigot so I bought a tank applicator and sprayed down the area twice. Over one week, I noticed considerable improvement on all brick, wood, and concrete surfaces. Great for outdoor fence furniture. Follow directions, not like bleach, spray on , apparently the longer you let it dry the better it works. You see results starting most next day it says it keeps going. In my view it goes keep working, with best results in first week. I used it on our wooden six ft fence, completely to green mildew mold off. Same with our cedar outdoor furnishings. Not working as thoroughly on concrete patios and driveway, it might need more time and second or more concentrated solution. I highly recommend it ... show more
