It controls 26 listed lawn diseases, including brown patch, stem & stripe rust, red thread, powdery mildew, necrotic ring spot, and pink patch. Scotts® DiseaseEx™ Lawn Fungicide starts to work within 24 hours of application, and continues to control diseases up to 4 weeks. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product. For Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 2 ¼ for the preventative rate or 3 ¾ for the curative rate. For Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 4 for the preventative rate or 5 ½ for the curative rate. For Scotts® Wizz, use a setting of 3 ¼ for the preventative rate or 4 for the curative rate. For best results, begin applications prior to disease symptoms, or when conditions are favorable for disease. It can be applied after seeding or at seed germination. The product may be reapplied at 14-28 day intervals. One 10 lb. bag of Scotts® DiseaseEx™ Lawn Fungicide treats up to 5,000 sq. ft.

    • Small bag, Scott’s needs to make the larger bag again.
I love this product but I don’t have a tiny yard like Scott’s wants everyone to fit in. I have Zoysia rust and this active ingredient helps mitigate it. I do have to apply at least 2 applications. They make small bags so you have to buy a lot. They use to make a 25lb bag and that was more suitable for my yard. And I use to buy 2 of those. But now I have to buy 4 bags but it’s a little short of what I need. It is cheaper to buy this from Amazon. You can sign up with Scott’s and they will ship their products to you but they are higher. ... show more

THIS STUFF WORKS!! And FAST! We had brown spots that were spreading. Put this on and seriously within 24 hours like it said, we noticed it greener. Now 2 days later our grass is beautiful again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great price! Easy to apply. We got the granules not the spray.

Bought Scotts for the 3rd time , hoping for better results than before, but just average. With granular fungicides its all about application rates. I've tryed Scotts as per bag recommendations and a touch heavier at spots, but it doesnt have that punch and lasting power like some others.
