Imagine just getting this alternator installed, and the dust cover pops off of the alternator, I tried to pop it back on, but it fell off again. Then, I felt the end with my finger only to find out it's hollow, and is only a regular pulley bolted onto the alternator! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! The page says it's a clutch pulley. If the dust cover had not fallen off, I would never have know until my belt tensioner went bad prematurely because of it being a regular pulley. ... show more

    • housing around battery terminal on alternator was broken off into pieces . doesnt affect performance
HOUSING AROUND THE BATTERY TERMINAL ON ALTERNATOR WAS BROKEN INTO PIECES, MOST LIKELY DURING SHIPPMENT. HAD TO USE , BECAUSE I HAD NO TIME TO RETURN AND ORDER AGAIN. ALTERNATOR STILL PERFORMS AS IT SHOULD.
