Very easy to take, no real taste to them. It lists GI upset as a possibility with these but I haven't noticed anything. I started taking these for burning tongue issue and also to help out the auto immune disease that I have which is Sjogrens. Good value for the price.

I have no idea about the efficacy of this product but I will say that it arrived on time, in perfect condition and is is very well priced. I usually use Andrew Lessman's supplements from HSN but just couldn't afford it at this time. I need to take this for neuropathy---fingers crossed.
